IPC Section 441: Explained In Simple Terms
IPC Section 441 addresses criminal trespass. This occurs when someone enters another person's property with the intent to commit a crime or to threaten, insult, or disturb the owner or occupant. Even if a person initially enters the property legally, if they remain there unlawfully with the intention of committing a crime or causing trouble—such as intimidating or annoying the person in possession—it is still considered criminal trespass.
