Counsel for the state Mr Kakade said that in order to promote 10th class students to 11th standard, a formula is required which could be obtained only after SCERT's suggestion.
The Bench asked that if they are planning of promoting students without holding exams. Are we making a mockery of this education system? Justice Khathawalla further remarked, "Then God save the education system in this country".
How are you still holding class 12th exams? In the name of Pandemic, you cannot spoil the career of our children. You are destroying the system. The Framers of education policy should know that this is not acceptable at all.
