DSK Legal Lawyer Arrested and Sent to Judicial Custody for 14 Days for Abusing the Security Guards

After the recent incident between a lawyer and security guards went viral on Saturday, the lawyer working with DSK Legal has been arrested and sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

She has been booked for hurling abuses at security guards working at her residential society in Noida.

In a video that went viral on social media, accused Bhaavya Roy called the security guard "Bihari" and used other sexually lewd words. Roy, who was drunk at the time of the incident, also assaulted security guards while claiming that three girls had complained about the security guards.

She has been booked for offences under Sections 153 A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code.
