In a separate, dedicated section on the Bombay High Court website, citizens can check judgments that are translated into Marathi from the High Court's website.

The judgments can be accessed on the home page of the website under "Nivadak Nirnay" (selected judgments).

There are currently three judgments pronounced on February 20 that have been uploaded. There are three judgments pronounced by a division bench of Justices Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Kamal Khata, one by Justices Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Abhay Ahuja, and the last by Justices Ajay Gadkari and Prakash Naik.

It has been clarified that the translated copies may only be used to assist litigants in understanding the judgment in their "mother tongue" and cannot be used for any other purposes like executing or enforcing court orders or citations.

On January 25, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud announced a new service that would translate Supreme Court judgments into regional languages. So far, over 2,900 judgments have been translated into various languages including Marathi. The Kerala HC had also started publishing its judgments in Malayalam.
