PETITION AGAINST THE NEET ANSWER SHEET DISMISSED BY ALLAHABAD HC

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has dismissed the petition challenging the answer sheet of NEET

The High Court said the disputed questions raised in the petition have been considered by the experts and they have found the relevant answers to be correct.

The petitioners contended that the answers to the 19th and 148th questions of booklet number G4 were wrong. It was claimed that the correct answer to question number 19 was option 4 whereas the answer sheet stated option 1 as the correct answer.

 The Court while dismissing the Petition held that when an objection is raised to a reply, it is sent to the expert of that subject. If there is no deficiency in the question and answer related to the expert, then the Court cannot test the correctness of the question-answer or answer sheet, simply because some candidates are not satisfied with the relevant answer.
