SISTERS OF SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT MOVES BOMBAY HC TO QUASH RHEA CHAKRABORTY'S FIR AGAINST THEM

Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters moved the quashing petition before the Bombay High Court and prayed for the quashing of FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty  The Petitioners claimed that complainant has filed the complaint on the basis of “unsubstantiated facts and was a counterblast” to the abetment of suicide case filed against her by their father KK Singh in Bihar

Rhea Chakraborty filed a complaint against the sister of Sushant Singh Rajput for forging and fabricating the medical subscription of the late actor.

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters submitted before the Bombay High Court that the complaint lodged against them by Rhea Chakraborty for allegedly fabricating a medical prescription was retaliation on the basis of irrelevant facts

The complaint  was based on baseless allegations, irrelevant facts, speculations and an attempt to counterblast against  the abetment of suicide case filed against her by their father KK Singh in Bihar, the sisters contended in a rejoinder before HC.

The Petitioner  moved to HC seeking quashing of the complaint filed by Bandra police in Mumbai against them for allegedly fabricating the fake medical prescription for their brother a few days before he died due to suicide
