USA:- THE LAWSUIT FILED BY PRESIDENT CHALLENGING ELECTION RESULT DISMISSED BY US SUPREME COURT

The US Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by US President Donald Trump, alleging rigging in the presidential elections in Texas and questioning President-elect Joe Biden’s victory.

The court further said that Texas has no basis for filing cases against Biden’s victory in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The case was filed on Tuesday by Ken Paxton, the Republican Attorney General of Texas, and Trump’s aide. 

The Division Bench said that they had allowed Texas to prosecute, but the four states were not prevented from finalizing their election results.

The US President challenged the US election result and filed the present motion to scrap the democratic process to preserve his presidency, a six-week-long crusade. He claimed false conspiracies about voter fraud to drive up distrust of the US election system.
