MH CET LAW 2022 is a state-level Common Entrance Test conducted annually by the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra. MH-CET 2022 will be held online for the law aspirants seeking admission in 3 & 5 year Law programs across the Maharashtra state.

MH CET Law 2022 eligibility criteria :

Nationality: Any Indian citizen, Foreign, PIO, and OCI applicants are eligible.

Educational Qualification:

For five years LLB courses: The Candidate must have cleared secondary and higher secondary, i.e., 10+2 from a recognized board.

For three years LLB course: The Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.

MHT- CET 2022 Significant Links:
MH CET Law 2022 Admit Card:
It is mandatory to carry an admit card on the examination day. The admit cards will only be available online post their release from the authority. One can download their admit card by login into cetcell.mahacet.org.
MH CET Law 2022 Result:
The authority will release the result in the 3rd week of May 2022 for a 5year law course and in the 3rd week of June 2022 for a 3-year law course. It can only be accessed online by entering the login details on the cetcell.mahacet.org portal.
MH CET Law 2022 Cut Off:
The authority will release the cut-off for shortlisting the candidates for the counseling procedure. Based on this, the authority will release a final merit list containing the names of shortlisted candidates for the counseling procedure.
MH CET Law 2022 Counseling:
Authority will conduct separate online counseling procedures for both 3 & 5 years law programs. Candidates will be able to register themselves for the counseling procedure from the 3rd and 4th week of July 2022. Registered candidates will be shortlisted for admission based on their rank and availability of seats in applied institutions.
Post Counseling:
Post-Counselling, the candidates will have to report to the allotted centers along with the important documents like MH CET Law 2022 result, admit card, passing certificates, DOB proof, etc.
How to Apply for MHT-CET LAW 2022:

The process to apply for the MH CET Law 2022 Exam is online.

The Application Form will be released from the fourth week of January 2022 for 5 Year LLB and from the 3rd week of February 2022 for three-year LLB).

The Candidate has to log in to the portal with the provisional ID and password allotted to them.

The candidates are supposed to fill in all the complete details such as personal details, academic details, contact number, address, etc.

Click the “Save and Next” button.

Click on the “Submit” tab once you are sure of the information.

Candidates must submit the application form before the prescribed date for submission as no application form will be accepted after that date.
Upload the scanned images of required documents, photographs, and signatures. Make sure that you have uploaded the scanned images in a prescribed manner as :

Passport size photograph - 200 x 230 dimensions.

With a file size of less than 20 kb

All the images must be uploaded in JPEG format.
Before finally submitting the application form, click the ‘Preview’ tab and verify all the details in the application form. Modify the details if needed and click on ‘Final Submit Only’ and then proceed to make the payment.
The application fee for CET can be paid via online mode only. Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card (Rupay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), and Net Banking payment gateways to transaction application fees. The applicant must bear bank Transaction Charges.
