ACTOR JUHI CHAWLA MOVED TO DELHI HC AGAINST THE UNCERTIFIED USE OF 5G TECHNOLOGY IN THE COUNTRY

Bollywood Actor Juhi Chawla through Adv Deepak Khosla, moved to Delhi HC against the 
uncertified use of 5g technology.

The Petitioner submitted that no one should be allowed to make a profit at the cost of the lives of others. The Petitioner further submitted that Brussels (Belgium) became the first city to stop making further 5g rollouts on health hazards. The Petition also claimed that insurance companies operating in Canada, the USA, UK, etc. have refused to cover the risk of 
cellular telecommunications providers, even to Injury caused by radiations.

The Petition argued that the onus is on the authorities to certify the public at large that there 
is no danger to the life of any living organism.

Justice C Hari Shankar posted listed the matter on 2nd June for a hearing.
