Facts - Recently, the Delhi court had dismissed an application filed by an applicant of Delhi, claiming the ownership of the land housing Qutub Minar complex between Ganga and Yamuna. 

The intervention application was filed through advocate ML Sharma claiming the ownership of the land. His contentions were that he still has the authority of being a sovereign king, which was to be dominated by the Indian dominion, which is not done till date. He further claimed that encroachment was being done there hampering his right.

Judge Dinesh Kumar who was hearing the case via video conferencing held that the question before the court was not regarding the ownership of the land and the application was dismissed.
