The SC bench consisting of Justice Chandrachud, Justice L Nageshwara Rao, and Justice S Ravindra Bhat said and observed, 'Let a strong message go to all states and DGP of states". Contempt action will be taken against police officers and states who are taking action against people communicating their grievance on social media.
