The two accused, Manish Rajgarhiya, Avin Sahu, in the Aryan Khan drug case, have secured bail. Special Judge VV Patil granted bail to Rajgarhiya and Sahu subject to furnishing bail bonds of ₹50,000.

Special Judge VV Patil is the same judge who rejected Aryan Khan's bail plea.

Advocate Sana Raees Khan, appearing for Sahu, argued that although these are similar cases with factual similarities but considering the fact that Sahu was not found with any drugs, there are certain distinctions between the cases. The evidence against the accused is his own statement and nothing else.

Advocate Tareq Sayed, appearing for Rajgarhiya, argued that he was only charged for consumption and no new materials had come up to date. The chain of drugs can be established only with the investigation, and there should be a common objective between all accused of conspiracy.

Special Public Prosecutor Advait Sethna denied the arguments stating that the offenses of the rigors of Section 37.
