LIST OF BILLS TO BE INTRODUCED DURING THE PARLIAMENT WINTER SESSION 

Below are the key laws to be introduced/ passed during the upcoming winter session of the parliament:

1. The winter session will repeal the three farm law bills by introducing the Farm Laws Repeal Bill, 2021.

2. In order to extend the tenure of the Director of Enforcement by five years and the tenure of the CBI Director by five years, the Central Vigilance Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2021 and Delhi Special Police Establishment (Amendment) Bill, 2021  will be introduced.

3. In order to strengthen the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act 2016, the will introduce a second amendment - Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Second Amendment) Bill, 2021.

4. Another bill will be introduced to set up a National Dental commission  National Dental Commission Bill, 2021, which will repeal the Dentists Act, 1948.

5. To establish a transparent and extensive emigration framework, the winter session will see another bill named the Emigration Bill, 2021. 

6. Another bill to amend the HC Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1954 and the SC Judges Act, 1958 will be introduced - High Court and Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Amendment Bill, 2021.

7. Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2021 -  proposes creating a facilitative framework of the official digital currency issued by the RBI. The Bill seeks to prohibit all private cryptocurrencies in India with certain exceptions.
