IPC Section 159 deals with public affray. This occurs when two or more people engage in a fight in a public place, disturbing the peace and creating fear or trouble for others. If a fight breaks out in a public area and disrupts the normal atmosphere, causing discomfort to bystanders, it is considered an offense under this section.
