PUNE POLICE ARRESTED A 35-YEAR-OLD ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING MULTIPLE KIDS

The Lashkar police recently arrested Husain Patel, a 35-year-old man who has been sexually abusing and assaulting multiple children in the cantonment area. Due to fear, no child came forward to complain about the accused. But a 14-year-old boy had the courage to inform his friend about a sexual assault on him. 

As per the reports, the accused owns an aquarium business in the Camp area. The 14-year-old victim, a Class IX student, went out to buy a few things from a nearby grocery shop. On his way back, the accused, sitting at his shop, called the victim and asked why he looked so weak. The minor replied he did not have anything to eat, following which the accused asked him to show his navel and neck. The accused further asked him for help in his house and locked him inside. He sexually assaulted him. After the incident, the victim did not inform his family about anything but told his friend. Upon hearing the event, his friend confessed that he was also sexually assaulted by the same man.  Two more acquaintances spoke about their experiences with the same man. The group of children then approached the Lashkar police station with the help of some youngsters and complained to Patel.

The 14-year-old victim informed the police that “Patel took him inside his house and locked the door. When the minor questioned him, he told him to remove his pants. Thereafter, Patel took the minor to the kitchen. When he refused to follow his directions, he threatened to kill him.

The Cops arrested Husain Patel, and investigations revealed he is a married man with two children.
